The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To clean your Mala beads simply wipe them with a damp cloth.
We do NOT recommend wearing Mala Beads during Hot Yoga, swimming, showering or bathing. We DO recommend placing your Mala at the front of your mat during practice to absorb it's positive vibrations:)
If your Mala breaks, simply return it, and we will restring it FOR FREE! Shipping charges will apply.
Each Mala Bead is individually knotted by hand to ensure strength and durability. However, with daily wear, the cord can become worn. We invite you to send us your Mala beads once a year for FREE re-stringing! Shipping charges will apply.
